our Story
Kristina had always been passionate about baking, a love instilled in her from a young age by her mom and nana. Growing up, she would spend countless afternoons in the kitchen, helping mix batter and roll dough, all while listening to the secrets of family recipes passed down through generations.
After working as a research and development scientist for several years, Kristina faced an unexpected layoff. Rather than seeing it as a setback, she viewed it as an opportunity to pursue her true passion: opening her own bakery.
Kristina gathered her favorite recipes, ensuring that each one reflected the love and tradition behind them. From nana’s buttery shortbread, to her own rich chocolate cakes, each recipe held a story waiting to be shared with her customers.
To enhance her creations, Kristina grows some of her own fruit in a small garden behind her home. Strawberries and apples currently flourish under her care, providing fresh ingredients that add vibrant colors and flavors to her baked goods.
